Industrial-Grade Materials. Period.
Store-bought epoxy kits peel up on hot tires within a year because they are essentially just thick paint. We use a commercial-grade, multi-layer resin system that permanently bonds to the concrete.
1. Mechanical Prep & Diamond Grinding
We don't acid wash. We use heavy diamond grinders to profile the concrete, ensuring the base coat achieves a deep, permanent mechanical bond.
2. 100% Solid Epoxy Base Coat
Our industrial epoxies are formulated to wick deep into the pores of the concrete, blocking moisture and preventing hot-tire pickup.
3. Polyaspartic Clear Topcoat
The final layer is a premium polyaspartic clear coat. It cures harder than epoxy, provides a brilliant high-gloss shine, and is 100% UV stable (it will never yellow in the Texas sun).
